Henry Rogers was born of New England colonial ancestry in this city in 1820 [sic]. He was for many years active in the work of the Episcopal Church, being at the time of his death Manager of the Seaman’s Mission and the New York Bible and Prayer-book Association, and a member of the Trinity Church Association.
