Everett Herrick, an old and loved physician. He graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 1854. Through all the Civil War, he was surgeon-in-charge of the New England Relief Association Hospital. He settled in New York, where for many years he had a large family practice; and was made a Trustee of the New York Academy of Medicine, Consulting Physician to the Institution for the Deaf and Dumb, and a governor of the Skin and Cancer Hospital. He served The Century faithfully on the Committee of Admissions, and faithfully shall we remember our friend.
