Son of Henry Drisler
Century Memorial
Frank Drisler, a son of our late honored member Professor Henry Drisler, was, like his learned father, a student and a scholar. He was proficient in both classical and mathematical studies while in college, and, after graduation, made successful application of his knowledge and training, first as instructor in Columbia College, and subsequently as head of a prosperous school in this city. He was devoted to the interests of his pupils, who were much attached to him, was an efficient man of affairs, a faithful and most serviceable officer on boards of charitable and religious institutions. He was a generous and an upright man, a good churchman, and a good citizen in deeds no less than in words.
