Century Memorial
By vocation George Francis Crane was an investment banker, but during nearly thirty years he had been identified with the management of Trinity Church corporation. It has been said that, during his administration as comptroller of the Trinity property, $5,000,000 of accumulated debt was paid off and a reserve of $1,500,000 accumulated.
