Of the other members who have passed away, N. M. Beckwith, Alfred F. Carpenter, Joseph Fisher, F. F. Marbury, Jr., and John C. Mills, it may be said that although perhaps not conspicious, they were, in the private circle of their friends, valued as genial companions, with most appreciative tastes, whose presence at our meetings will be missed not the less because of their quiet and unobtrusive characters.
