Century Memorial
George W. Schurman, a brother of the recent Ambassador to Germany [Jacob G. Schurman] and once a partner of our fellow-member, now Chief Justice Hughes, was long conspicuous in New York law practice. He won distinction in the reforming work of the district attorney’s office in the time of Jerome and Philbin, and long held high office in the Bar Association.
