Century Memorial
In the life insurance business, Harold Peirce of Philadelphia was acclaimed as having broken all known records in the placing of policies. He had served the New York Life in this capacity during 46 consecutive years, in 38 of which his company recorded that the total business brought in by him individually had exceeded $50,000,000. All of the honors that the insurance industry can confer on its men of achievement had been bestowed on him.
