Century Memorial
The conspicuous work of Alexander Taylor Mason was the promoting of the close relations between the United States and France, in which during fifteen years he cooperated as President of the Alliance Française of New York and Vice-President of the American Federation of those bodies. He threw his whole heart into the work, in which his services and his speeches are among the distinctive traditions of the organization. Mr. Mason made warm friends alike among his social acquaintances and the clients of his law practice, between whom and himself the loyalty was mutual.
