Ralph Lionel Brydges. [Born] 1856. Clergyman. Forty-nine years a Centurion.
Born in England, he went to Canada as a young man, studied for the Protestant Episcopal Ministry and thereafter served as rector of churches in many parts of the world.
He was a man of strong and simple faith, of a gentle spirit and kindly sympathy—a minister of the Gospel working simply, very simply, and bravely as a Christian gentleman should, wherever he was called to work, as the man of God he truly was.
