Century Memorial

Daniel D. Lord, a son of Daniel Lord, one of the foremost lawyers of New York, was a graduate of Columbia College and of the Yale Law School. He was a prominent and successful lawyer during the whole of his professional life in this city, and after his father’s death was the head of the firm, which was intrusted with the largest interests, and in their management maintained the highest reputation. His name was a synonym for integrity, ability and character.
